Tuition adjustment is available based on assessment of the family's financial need, demonstrated commitment to Waldorf education, and the availability of funds. Families needing assistance must fill out an application and submit proof of income and meet with select members of the Board to be considered for this program. The maximum amount of tuition adjustment generally awarded is 10%. Returning families needing tuition adjustment must have all forms completed and returned to the office by March 10, 2008. New families may apply at any time; funds will be dispersed as available.
Additional Costs
·$400 Registration and Materials Fee per child (due by March 10, 2008 or at time of enrollment). This non-refundable fee covers the special, high quality materials used in art, music and general programs. Payment of this fee confirms that your child intends to join the class in the fall.
·$150 Facilities and Equipment Fee per child (due by June 1, 2008 or at time of enrollment). Payment of this non-refundable fee covers the yearly costs of classroom furnishings, equipment, facilities materials and other capital costs and holds the child’s place in the class.
·$5.50 per hour per child for After School Care for those families that need this service. The Drop-in rate is $6.50 per hour.
